Duplicate Payments
If you were charged twice in error, we will refund the duplicate within 7-10 days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

At WUWB Technologies, we strive to maintain transparency and set clear expectations for all users enrolling in our training programs or availing IT services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided.
Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in the specific cases mentioned below. Users are advised to carefully review all training details, pricing, and eligibility before making a purchase.
Not Eligible
No refund- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to attend training sessions
- Lack of usage or participation
- Incorrect selection of training
- Discounted or promotional purchases
- Delay in completion from user side
Eligible
May qualify- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed
- Technical error from the platform resulting in failed service delivery
All eligible cases will be reviewed and validated before approval.
Refund Process
- Contact us at info@wuwb.in with your transaction details and proof of payment
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Service-Based Refunds
For IT services:
- Refund terms depend on the scope and stage of the project
- Once work has been initiated, partial or full refunds may not be applicable
- Any refund decision will be made at the discretion of WUWB Technologies
Cancellation Policy
- Once enrolled in a training, cancellation is not allowed
- Trainings cannot be transferred to another user unless approved by admin
Exceptions
- This policy does not override any rights provided under applicable laws.
- If required by law, appropriate actions will be taken accordingly.
